The Ironer’s Press Publishing Fellowship is an immersive, two-year learning experience designed for aspiring publishing professionals who want to understand the industry from the ground up. Rooted in our vision to bring diverse voices to the literary landscape, this fellowship offers hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world project experience within a mission-driven hybrid publishing house.
