The Creator’s Cottage is a warm, intimate makerspace in South Madison where women, children, artists, and families of color gather to learn, create, and heal. Your support helps us keep this culturally affirming space open, maintained, and accessible to the community through free and low-cost workshops, mentorship, and arts programming. Your contribution also sustains our health equity project, The Memory Collectors Storytelling Project: Fighting Alzheimer’s with Art—a fiber arts and storytelling wellness initiative that honors the lived experiences of our elders through guided reflection, creative expression, and healing-centered practices. This project strengthens emotional wellbeing, preserves intergenerational memory, and fosters community connection.
